Since July 1, 2014, all load-bearing parts of a steel structure must be legally CE marked and produced according to the requirements of EN1090. Metaalconstructie Meynen BVBA has obtained the EN1090 certificate according to the technical execution standard EN 1090-2:2008 + A1:2011 and the execution classes up to EXC 3, including the corresponding welding certificate.
This means that Meynen is not only allowed to carry out structural parts made of steel and aluminium alloys that are mainly statically loaded. But also large roof structures and structures in public places such as train and bus stations. Furthermore, this performance class 3 applies, for example, to crane track girders, bridges, pile structures, towers and large chimneys.
Obtaining this EXC 3 certificate is something we are obviously very proud of. So you can sleep on two ears.
